Unanimous Technologies Pvt Ltd is responsible for the information collected through this website. This notice covers website visitors and people contacting us about our services.
Information you provide.
The project form collects your name, email address, selected service, and project brief. Company, timing, engagement, and budget details are optional. We also record the enquiry page and any selected AI agent workflow to give your request context. Emails sent directly to us include the information you choose to share.
Please leave out passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, and confidential material that is unnecessary for an initial conversation.
Why we use it.
Unanimous Technologies uses enquiry information to understand the work you are considering, respond to you, and manage the related business conversation. Where applicable, this processing supports steps you request before an engagement and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Submitting a brief does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Hosting and enquiry management.
Cloudflare provides website hosting and the endpoint that sends project submissions to Zoho CRM. Zoho stores the enquiry so our team can review and follow up. Our CRM account uses Zoho’s India region. These providers may also process technical data, including IP addresses and request information, to operate and protect their services.
The form uses validation, a hidden anti-spam field, and interaction timing to limit automated submissions. Analytics consent is not required to send an enquiry.
Learn more from the Cloudflare privacy policy and Zoho privacy policy.
Optional website analytics.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures visits to help us improve the site. It receives page views, cookie identifiers, and browser and device information. Page-view events sent by our website code exclude URL query strings, fragments, and form contents such as names, email addresses, and project briefs. Our website configuration disables advertising personalization and Google Signals. Analytics runs on our main unanimous.in website; preview versions do not load it.
Google processes IP addresses during collection; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store them. Read Google’s Analytics data safeguards and how Google uses information from partner sites. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our cookie policy for details.
Who handles your information.
Our team and providers involved in hosting, analytics, enquiry management, and responding to you handle information for those purposes. Providers may process it in countries other than yours. The protections and requirements that apply depend on the service and applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address abuse and protect the website.
Access and retention.
We keep enquiry information while needed to respond, manage a potential engagement, and meet related legal or business record obligations. Cookie expiry is described in our cookie policy; analytics records are governed separately by the Analytics property’s retention settings. We do not promise that withdrawing cookie consent deletes information already collected.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or restrictions on its use, and may object to certain processing. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your request and explain any obligation that limits it.
